Character Development at Imagine is rooted in the commitment of our dedicated teachers and staff. They infuse virtues into every aspect of our curriculum, creating a holistic approach to education. Students are encouraged to set both academic and personal goals, while practicing integrity, diligence, and responsibility in their studies.
Through this emphasis on character, they develop virtuous habits that will guide them toward fruitful and honorable lives. Our focus on character development goes beyond academic achievement. We believe in nurturing the whole individual, helping students cultivate empathy, compassion, and a sense of social responsibility.
By integrating values and virtues into their daily experiences, we empower students to become compassionate leaders who positively impact their communities. At Imagine, we understand that education encompasses not only the transmission of knowledge but also the development of strong character.

Implementing Evidence-Based Behavioral Interventions and Supports
Imagine Academy at Sullivant is dedicated to creating a nurturing and positive school environment for all students and staff. We have established an evidence-based school-wide system of positive behavioral interventions and supports that is implemented in every setting and applicable to everyone within our school community. We strongly believe in the importance of family involvement in this process.
Our highly trained staff is equipped to identify the specific conditions under which inappropriate behavior may occur. They conduct comprehensive preventive assessments, including reviewing existing data, engaging in interviews with parents, family members, and students, and examining previous and current behavioral intervention plans. This holistic approach enables us to gain a deep understanding of the factors contributing to challenging behaviors.
Based on the valuable assessment data gathered, Imagine Academy at Sullivant develops and implements proactive behavioral interventions. These interventions are designed to modify environmental factors that can escalate inappropriate behavior, support the development of appropriate behavior, and effectively use verbal de-escalation techniques to diffuse potential instances of violence or danger.
By focusing on prevention and early intervention, we create an atmosphere that encourages positive behavior and fosters the growth and well-being of our students.
